Agency and broker of record

Freight IQ Chain, Inc. operates as an independent freight agency. Freight brokerage services are provided through Cowtown Express Logistics LLC, MC-900645-B · USDOT 2579786.

Rate confirmations, carrier agreements, billing and accounts receivable for brokered freight are issued under the authority and procedures of Cowtown Express Logistics LLC. Any transportation arranged is subject to the terms in those documents.

Lane submissions and quotes

Submitting a lane is a request for review, not a booking. A rate or service commitment exists only when it is confirmed in writing by our operations desk or in a rate confirmation issued by Cowtown Express Logistics LLC. Quotes are based on the information you provide; changes to weight, dimensions, commodity, dates or requirements may change the rate or availability.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment details you provide, including commodity, hazmat status, weight, dimensions and site requirements. Inaccurate information can result in additional charges, delays or refusal of the load.

No warranty on site content

Information on the site, including descriptions of services and technology, is provided as is and may change without notice. It is not an offer or a guarantee of service on any specific lane.

Links to carrier and broker portals, IDENT and other external sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.
