Freight IQ Chain, Inc. ("FreightIQChain", "we") operates freightiqchain.com. Freight brokerage services on freight we arrange are provided through Cowtown Express Logistics LLC.

When you submit a lane, send a message or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, shipment details and anything you write in the notes. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) that our hosting provider records.

How we use it

• To review and respond to your freight request or message.
• To arrange transportation, which may include sharing shipment details with Cowtown Express Logistics LLC and the carriers engaged to move the freight.
• To keep records of the shipments we handle.
• To maintain and secure the website.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our operations desk by a third-party form service and stored in our email. Shipment information is shared with Cowtown Express Logistics LLC and with carriers only as needed to move the freight. We do not sell your information.

Retention

Shipment records are kept for as long as needed for operational, billing, claims and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete contact information that is not tied to a shipment record.
